Banana cake without oven

Ingredients

● 1 teaspoon TERANA ground cardamom
● 3 peeled bananas
● 4 eggs
● 4 tablespoons of sugar
● 15 pieces of cashew nuts
● 15 pieces of raisins
● 2 tablespoons ghee

Preparation

1.Crush the bananas until you obtain a puree.
2.Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the cashews and raisins separately until they turn golden brown. Booking.
3.In the same pan and with the remaining ghee, add the mashed banana and mix it well. Remove and let the pan cool.
4.In a deep plate, place the eggs, sugar and ground cardamom, mixing until well incorporated.
5.Pour this mixture into the pan where you have the mashed banana and mix.
6.On top of your mixture, arrange the cashews and raisins.
7.Cover the pan and cook over a very low flame for 20 minutes.
