Colored pancakes
Ingredients
● ½ teaspoon TERANA ginger
● 2 cups instant pancake flour (hot cakes)
● 400 ml of coconut milk
● 3 eggs
● 100 g melted butter
● 200 ml of honey
● 20 g of spirulina
● 1 Green Apple
● 3 Strawberries
● 1 Handle
Preparation
1.Wash your fruits and vegetables very well and place 3 glass containers in a row, that will be where you place the dough for the pancakes.
2.Divide the flour into 3 parts.
3.Blend each part with an egg, a splash of coconut milk, a tablespoon of melted butter and a pinch of salt and ginger.
4.Add the fruit that will give it color to each mixture.
a.Mixture 1: apple and spirulina
b.Mixture 2: strawberries
c.Mix 3: mango
5.Prepare your pancakes as usual, in a buttered non-stick pan and voila! You will have pink, yellow and green pancakes.
