Pear jam
Ingredients
● 1 teaspoon TERANA ginger powder
● 1 teaspoon TERANA cinnamon powder
● 800 g pear, peeled and chopped into small cubes
● 150 g of honey
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a pot over medium heat and heat until it starts to boil. When it boils, lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring continuously.
Blend the mixture until you obtain a thick puree (which will be your jam) and while still hot, fill the previously sterilized jar(s).
Close the jars tightly and place them upside down until they cool.
