TERANA Turmeric Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
● 3 eggs
● 1 ½ cups of grated coconut
● 1 cup coconut flakes
● 1 tbsp. turmeric
● 4 tbsp. melted butter
● ½ cup of sugar
Preparation
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the turmeric, yolks, sugar and butter. Wrap with grated coconut and form cookies on a tray lined with waxed paper.
2. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes or until they are cooked.
