Salmon with fine herbs
Ingredients
● 1 ½ teaspoon TERANA fine herbs
● ½ teaspoon of dried TERANA bay leaf
● To taste, 4 TERANA peppers
● 1 clove of garlic
● 2 salmon fillets
● ½ glass of olive oil
● Salt
● Soy sauce
Preparation
1. Dip the salmon with a little soy sauce (a few brushstrokes on each side)
2. In a deep plate, mix the oil very well with half a teaspoon of salt, the TERANA fine herbs, the TERANA dried bay leaf and the very finely chopped garlic.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and sear the salmon for 8 minutes on each side.
4. Sprinkle the salmon with the TERANA fine herb mixture and let it cook for 8 more minutes (or however you like the term)
5. Serve your salmon and add a little four TERANA peppers as decoration
6. Serve with sautéed vegetables to complete your dish.
