Garlic Steak

Garlic Steak

Ingredients

● TERANA ground black pepper, to taste
● TERANA garlic powder, to taste
● 4 Pieces of white fish fillet
● Salt to taste
● Wheat flour
● Parsley to taste
● Garlic to taste
● Oil
● White wine to taste
● The juice of 2 lemons
● 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation

1. Start by adding TERANA salt, pepper and garlic powder to the fish fillet.
2. Dredge each fillet in flour, removing excess
3. In a frying pan, melt the butter and brown the fish over medium heat.
4. In another pan, place a little of the oil of your choice and when it is hot add the garlic and finely chopped parsley. Once the garlic changes color a little, pour in the lemon juice.
5.After 1 minute, add the white wine and let it evaporate a little

Ready! You have your garlic sauce. Now add it to your fish and enjoy
