Fettuccine with shrimp
Ingredients
● ¼ teaspoon TERANA garlic powder
● ½ teaspoon of four TERANA peppers
● 200 g fettuccine
● 500 g medium shrimp
● 3 teaspoons of butter
● 1 cup sour cream or cream
● 1 cup of Manchego or Parmesan cheese
● Chopped parsley to taste
● 1 clove of garlic, minced
● ½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
1.Prepare the pasta as usual and set aside.
2.For the shrimp, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add half a stick of butter to melt, once this happens add the chopped garlic and mix.
3.Add the shrimp and cook for two minutes, then add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
4.Add the fettuccine to the shrimp container along with the Manchego or Parmesan cheese and continue mixing. (Lower the heat and let the combination of flavors work its magic).
5.Serve and decorate with parsley.
