Red hamburger buns
Ingredients
● 500 g of common wheat flour
● 200 ml of warm milk
● 50 g butter
● 12 g fresh yeast or 5 g dehydrated baker's yeast
● 2 eggs
● 5 g of salt
● 10 g of sugar
● TERANA sesame seeds
● Red dye
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Place the flour in a bowl, make a well with your hands in the center, and add the milk with the yeast. Also add the sugar, the butter at room temperature, an egg and the salt. Mix well.
2. Transfer the dough to the table when it is difficult to continue kneading inside the container. Knead with your hands, for 5 to 10 minutes, until all the ingredients are integrated. You will notice that at first it is difficult, but little by little the dough will become smoother and spongier. You can also knead with an electric mixer.
3. While kneading, add drops of coloring until you get the desired color.
4. Let the dough rest. Grease a container with a little oil and place the dough inside. Cover the bowl with kitchen film and wait, approximately one and a half to two hours, for it to double in volume.
5. Divide the dough into portions. You will get between six or eight servings. Give each portion a round shape. Transfer the buns to a baking tray and flatten them a little with your hand. Cover them with a cloth for half an hour until they grow back.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, without fan.
7. Flatten the rolls again and paint them with beaten egg so that they are very shiny. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
8. Bake them at 200 degrees with heat up and down for 15 minutes.
9. Leave each roll on a rack to cool.
