Salmon salad with dill

Salmon salad with dill

Ingredients

● ¼ teaspoon TERANA dill

● 500 g skinless salmon fillet

● ½ tablespoon of olive oil

● ¼ cup olive oil

● 1 apple, thinly sliced

● 1 chopped celery

● 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

● ¼ red onion

● 1 bulb of fennel, cored and stemmed

● 1 cup fresh tarragon leaves

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
1.In a bowl, mix the olive oil, dill, mustard, onion, teaspoon of salt and pepper and mix everything very well.
2.In a baking dish, place the salmon and drizzle it with ½ teaspoon of olive oil, season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3.Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the salmon is firm.
4.Remove it from the oven and when it is cold, shred it.
5.In a salad bowl, add the fennel, finely chopped celery, tarragon and apple slices, then add the dressing you made at the beginning of the recipe.
6.Add the salmon and mix again.
Enjoy!

Tip: Serve with crackers.
