Pumpkin cream
Ingredients
● 1/4 teaspoon TERANA ground black pepper
● 1/2 teaspoon salt
● 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
● 4 cloves of garlic
● 1 onion
● 1 kilo of pumpkin
● 2 cups of vegetable broth
Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a pot and add the previously chopped garlic and onion. Cook over medium-high heat until they start to brown.
2. Now add the peeled and chopped pumpkin. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the rest of the ingredients and when it starts to boil, cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Wait for it to cool a little to blend everything.
4. Serve hot. You can add some fresh basil leaves and pumpkin seeds to decorate and enjoy!
