Serrano mezcal
Ingredients
Is your drink the one that stings or the one that doesn't sting? Enjoy this fresh cocktail with a spicy flavor to start 2024 with a toast.
- 30 ml of Mezcal
- Juice of one lemon
- 15 ml of pineapple juice
- Serrano chili slices
- 2 tablespoons of ground TERANA chipotle chili
Preparation
1. Mix the lemon and pineapple juice and add the mezcal.
2. Stir and add a few slices of serrano chili, taking into account its spiciness and your taste for spiciness.
3. Frost a glass with salt, ground TERANA chipotle chili and lemon and serve with plenty of ice.
