Homemade anise liqueur
Ingredients
● 5 teaspoons of TERANA anise seed (crushed)
● 1½ teaspoons TERANA fennel seeds (crushed)
● 1½ teaspoons TERANA coriander leaves
● 1 bottle of brandy (750 ml)
● 270 ml simple syrup (optional)
Preparation
1.In a bowl, place the anise, fennel and cilantro. Add the brandy to the crushed seeds.
2.Let the mixture soak for 4 weeks and then strain out the seeds.
3.Let the liquid sit for a week and then strain the sediment.
4.Add the simple syrup and shake.
5.Preserve in a transparent bottle.
