Mocha cream

Ingredients

● TERANA cinnamon powder
● TERANA whole star anise (to decorate)
● 500 ml of heavy cream or cream
● 1 tbsp instant coffee
● 6 tbsp powdered sugar or icing sugar
● Optional: a tbsp of cognac or whiskey and/or vanilla essence
● Whipped cream to decorate

Preparation

Do you want an all-in-one dessert? Try the mocha cream, which mixes the sweetness of a cake and the delicious flavor of coffee. Yum! 1.Beat the cream a little and, before it reaches the middle point, add the icing sugar. Beat until halfway point.
2.Add a few drops of water to the coffee, until you achieve a consistency that is neither too thick nor too liquid. Then add it to the cream while continuing to beat. Add little by little, until you achieve the desired color and flavor.
3.Once the coffee is integrated, add the cognac and vanilla essence. Beat until you have a very creamy mixture. Keep the mocha cream in the refrigerator until you are ready to consume it, and decorate it with a little whipped cream, sprinkle terana cinnamon powder and add an anise star to give it the final touch.
